This wonderful portrait of Gottfried Helnwein was shot especially for the exhibition at the Albertina, GOTTFRIED HELNWEIN. REALITY AND FICTION, on the occasion of his 75th birthday. It shows the artist in his castle in Ireland, where he lives and works. He talks about his art from its beginnings to the present day, what is important to him, and the role both his own emotions and those of the viewers play in his art.
